Family-Owned, Mississippi-Built, On Site Every Day
Cash Construction & Roofing is a family-owned and operated business run out of Madison, Mississippi, built on craftsmanship, integrity, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Owner Jose Garcia brings more than ten years of roofing experience to the trade, and he is personally on-site or managing every project we take on. We are Mississippi natives, our crews are in-house rather than subcontracted, and we are fully licensed and insured. That combination is deliberate: it means the people who quote your roof are the people who build it, and the accountability never gets handed off. We don't cut corners, we communicate clearly, and we treat every job site like it's our own home — because our roofing company, and our last name, depend on it.
Our Mission
To be the roofing company homeowners in Madison, Ridgeland, and Brandon call first — and recommend without hesitation. That means free, honest inspections, written estimates with a clear scope and timeline, materials chosen for Mississippi heat, humidity, and storms, and a crew that protects your property and cleans up before it leaves. No pressure, no moving numbers, and no surprises after the work starts.
Our Vision
To prove that a local, family-run contractor can outbuild the out-of-town outfits that follow the storms through central Mississippi. We want every roof, deck, fence, and exterior renovation we finish to still be doing its job decades from now — backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty as standard, extended coverage on qualifying systems, and a company that is still here to answer the phone.
Why Homeowners Choose Us
Local, Family-Owned — Not a Franchise: We’re Mississippi natives with in-house crews — no subcontracted labor on our core exterior trades. When you call us, you get us.
Owner Present at Every Single Job: Jose Garcia is personally on-site at every project. No middlemen, no surprises — just direct accountability and quality control from start to finish.
Mississippi Climate Experts: We know the local storm patterns, humidity, and building requirements firsthand. We install asphalt and metal roofing systems specifically suited to Mississippi’s conditions.
