This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through our website at https://cashconstruction.co. We keep this deliberately simple, because we collect very little.

The contact forms on this site ask for your name, email address, telephone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. Some forms also ask for the property address so we know where the inspection is. How Form Submissions Are Handled
This website is hosted on Netlify, and its built-in forms feature receives and stores submissions before forwarding them to us. That means the details you type into a form pass through Netlify's systems as part of delivering the message, and are subject to Netlify's own handling of that data as our hosting provider. Our forms also use a hidden honeypot field to help keep automated submissions out.
Server Logs
Like nearly every website, ours produces server logs. These record technical details such as the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time of the request, and the browser identification string sent by your device. Logs exist so that the site can be operated and secured — for identifying outages, blocking abuse, and diagnosing errors — and we do not use them to build profiles of individual visitors.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, we do not run third-party analytics, and we do not operate advertising pixels on this site. How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Records relating to completed projects, including estimates, invoices, and photographs of the work, are retained for as long as needed to support the workmanship warranty and to satisfy tax and insurance obligations.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to form submissions is limited to people in our business who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details through a website form.
