These terms govern your use of the website at https://cashconstruction.co and set out the basis on which Cash Construction & Roofing, a roofing and exterior construction company based in Madison, Mississippi, provides estimates and work. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry through it, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates and Quotations
Inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. An estimate reflects the condition of the property as we found it on the day of inspection. Hidden damage — rotten decking, prior repairs done incorrectly, framing problems concealed by the existing roof covering — is common and cannot always be identified before tear-off. Where additional work is needed, we will stop, explain what we have found, and obtain your approval in writing before continuing. Estimates are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, after which material pricing may need to be reconfirmed.
Scheduling and Site Access
Roofing is weather-dependent. We will give you a realistic start date and keep you informed, but rain, high wind, and lightning will move a schedule and we will not put a crew or a roof at risk to hold a date. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, to move vehicles and fragile items away from the work area when asked, and to tell us in advance about anything on or near the roof we should know about, such as solar equipment, satellite mounts, or septic and irrigation lines in the drive area.
Pricing and Payment
The price, scope, materials, and payment schedule for your project are set out in your written estimate or contract, and that document takes precedence over anything on this website. Promotional offers, including any discount advertised for booking an inspection through this site, apply only to the work and time period described in the offer and cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so in writing. Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice.
Warranty
Completed roof installations carry a five-year workmanship warranty as standard, with extended coverage of up to ten years available on qualifying roof systems. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate, are issued by the manufacturer rather than by us, and are subject to that manufacturer's own terms, registration requirements, and exclusions. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by storms, falling trees, structural movement, work performed by others, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
Insurance Claims
We are happy to document damage, provide a written scope, and meet your adjuster on-site. We do not file claims on your behalf, we do not negotiate with insurers as your representative, and we cannot promise any particular claim outcome. Responsibility for the deductible and for the accuracy of information given to your insurer remains with you.
Use of This Website
The text, photographs, and layout of this site belong to Cash Construction & Roofing or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our consent. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information through its forms. Information published here is general and does not replace an inspection of your particular property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi law, our liability arising out of the website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything, for the service in question. Liability for work performed at your property is governed by your signed estimate or contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
